Returns of products and cancellations of transactions made through the site:
 
A. The policy of canceling a transaction and returning products purchased through the website is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Deal) Regulations, 2010. In any case, a transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of the transaction, subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or a total payment of NIS 100, whichever is lower. In cases where the payment was made by credit card, a credit fee of 1.9%.
 
B. Cancellation of a transaction will only be done with a written notice of cancellation of the transaction by the user.
 
C In the event that the request for cancellation was received after the product was sent, the transaction will be canceled in accordance with the conditions in section 11.a. Above, only if the user returned the product at his own expense within 14 days of the transaction, when the product is without defect, without being used, in its original packaging and without any labels and / or markings being removed from it. The delivery fee of the product to the customer will not be refunded to the customer. For the avoidance of doubt, the condition of the product will be determined at the sole discretion of the business
